Public offer

1. General provisions

This document is an official offer of “SAITRIX” LLC (the “Contractor”) addressed to legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, and individuals (the “Customer”) to conclude a contract for the provision of services on the terms below, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Full and unconditional acceptance of this offer is the payment of an issued invoice or completion of an order on the website with subsequent payment.

2. Subject

The Contractor provides services of development, configuration, and implementation of AI systems according to the package selected by the Customer on the saitrix.uz website (Start, Growth, Scale, Voice, Enterprise) or according to an individually agreed scope (custom build), and the Customer accepts and pays for these services.

The composition of each package is published on the packages page and is fixed as of the moment of ordering.

3. Price and payment

Prices are published in Uzbek soums (UZS). Payment is made by bank transfer against an invoice; upon connection of card acquiring, by cards of UZCARD, HUMO, VISA, Mastercard, UnionPay systems.

For custom builds, the order value equals the budget specified by the Customer, but not less than 1 000 000 UZS. The Enterprise package is priced from 65 000 000 UZS with the final value fixed in an addendum after a technical audit.

4. Delivery procedure

Services are delivered in four stages: audit (Map), Prototype, Build & connect, and Run & tune, with deliverables per stage as published on the process page. Standard delivery time is two to four weeks from receipt of payment and required materials; the Start package is up to seven working days.

The Customer provides materials (documents, access) necessary for delivery. Delivery timelines shift proportionally to delays in providing materials.

5. Acceptance

Upon completion, the Contractor transfers the work results and documentation. The Customer accepts within five working days or provides a motivated refusal; absence of a response is deemed acceptance. Acceptance of the Prototype stage fixes conversation flows and knowledge base structure for the build.

6. Warranties and support

The first month of tuning after launch is included. Defects attributable to the Contractor discovered within this period are corrected at no charge. Extended support is contracted separately.

7. Confidentiality and data

The parties keep confidential the materials received from each other. Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy policy published on the website, in compliance with ZRU-547 including the localization requirement of Article 27-1.

8. Liability and force majeure

For non-performance, the parties are liable under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Neither party is liable for failure caused by force majeure circumstances confirmed in the established procedure.

9. Term, changes, termination

The offer is effective from the moment of publication and until replaced by a new version. The Contractor may change the offer; orders are governed by the version effective at the moment of acceptance. Refunds are governed by the Refund policy published on the website.
