1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the saitrix.uz website and the ordering of services presented on it. By using the website you agree to these terms. Contractual relations regarding paid services are additionally governed by the Public offer.

2. Services and information

Saitrix provides services of development and implementation of AI systems: chat assistants, voice agents, CRM and workflow automation, knowledge bases, multi-agent systems, and on-premise deployments.

Prices published on the website are expressed in Uzbek soums (UZS) and are valid at the moment of ordering. Scenario descriptions on the website describe typical deployment patterns, not guarantees of identical results; actual outcomes depend on the client's data, processes, and cooperation.

Information on the website is provided in good faith and in compliance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Advertising” (ZRU-792 of 07.06.2022): we do not publish invented testimonials, do not reference non-existent clients, and mark scenario-based illustrations as such.

3. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed through the website's store subsystem. Until card acquiring is connected, payment is made by bank transfer against an invoice issued to the details you provide.

For custom builds, the amount you specify (not less than 1 000 000 UZS) forms the order value. Order links are cryptographically signed; tampering with the amount voids the link.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt the website's operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit knowingly false information, or use the forms for bulk unsolicited messages. We may restrict access for abuse.

5. Intellectual property

The website's content, design system, and imagery belong to the Operator or its licensors. Rights to work results created for a client under a service contract are defined by that contract; by default, upon full payment the client receives the rights to knowledge bases, flows, and documentation created for them.

6. Liability

The website is provided “as is”. The Operator is not liable for interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, nor for decisions made by the visitor based on illustrative scenarios. Liability under service contracts is defined in those contracts and by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

7. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are resolved by negotiation; failing that, in the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the Operator's location, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version with its date is always published on this page. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
