1. Who we are

This policy describes how “SAITRIX” LLC (the “Operator”, “we”) processes personal data of visitors to saitrix.uz and its subdomains, of persons who submit forms or place orders, and of counterparties' representatives.

The Operator acts in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 of 02.07.2019 “On Personal Data” and other applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. What data we process

Contact form and custom-build form: name (if provided), the contact channel you supply (phone number, Telegram username, or email), the text of your message, and your stated budget where applicable.

Orders: the data you enter at checkout, including name, email, and phone number, together with order contents and amounts.

Technical data: server logs containing IP address, user-agent string, requested pages, and timestamps, kept for security and troubleshooting.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data and ask you not to include them in free-text fields.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

We process data to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, conclude and perform contracts, issue invoices, deliver services, comply with accounting and tax obligations, and protect the website from abuse.

The legal grounds are your consent expressed by submitting a form or placing an order, performance of a contract in which you are a party, and compliance with legal obligations of the Operator.

4. Localization of personal data (Article 27-1 ZRU-547)

In accordance with Article 27-1 of the Law “On Personal Data”, personal data of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan collected through this website is recorded, stored, and processed on technical means physically located in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in databases registered in accordance with the established procedure.

5. Storage and retention

Inquiry records are stored in the Operator's protected infrastructure. Order and accounting records are retained for the periods required by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan; inquiry records not connected to a contract are retained no longer than three years and then deleted or anonymized.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties, except: our processing infrastructure providers acting under instructions (hosting, email delivery); state authorities where the law requires it; and successors in case of corporate reorganization.

7. Cookies and analytics

The website works without advertising trackers. Strictly necessary cookies may be set by the store subsystem (cart, checkout session). Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be collected server-side.

8. Your rights

You may request information about the processing of your data, demand correction or deletion, and withdraw consent by writing to saitrix2026@yahoo.com. We respond within the periods established by ZRU-547.

9. Security

Access to personal data is limited to persons who need it to perform their duties. Transport encryption (TLS), access control, rate limiting, and durable audit logs are applied. In case of an incident affecting your data we notify you and the authorized body as required by law.
